Scallops Salad with Rocca & Red Onions

  • 150g Fresh Scallops
  • Handful of Fresh Rocca Leaves
  • 1 Red Onion
  • Red Pepper (Seasoning)
  • Green Onion (Seasoning)
  • Balsamic Vinegar (Marination)
  • 1 Lemon (Garnish)


  1. Cut the red onion and soak it in balsamic vinegar for 10 min.
  2. Spread the rocca leaves on the plate, then add the red onions.
  3. Finely chop red pepper and green onions, and sprinkle it on top.
  4. Add the fresh scallops, with a bit of salt and pepper, and a dash of balsamic vinegar.
  5. Cut the lemon in 4 quarters for garnish.
